Steps
Prepare the Salmon: Cook the salmon fillet until it flakes easily with a fork, then remove any bones and skin. Flake the salmon into small pieces.
Prepare the Sweet Potatoes and Green Peas: Cook the sweet potatoes until they are soft enough to mash. Cook the green peas until they are tender.
Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the cooked salmon, mashed sweet potatoes, and cooked green peas. Stir in the coconut oil and fish oil until well incorporated. Optionally, sprinkle dried parsley for added freshness.
