Steps
Prepare the Tuna: Drain the canned tuna and flake it into small pieces with a fork.
Cook the Quinoa and Vegetables: Cook the quinoa according to package instructions. Steam the broccoli florets and carrots until they are soft, then chop them into small pieces.
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the flaked tuna, cooked quinoa, chopped broccoli, and chopped carrots. Stir in the olive oil and ground flaxseed until well mixed.
Serve: Allow the mixture to cool down to room temperature before serving it to your dog. Adjust the portion size according to your dog's weight and daily caloric needs.
Storage: Store any leftover food in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. You can also freeze portions for later use.
